The Big Ten Conference and Data Clymer, an analytics consulting firm, are teaming up to create a cloud data platform that will help the league engage fans and grow its business.
This agreement comes after the Big Ten’s data and analytics department was established in December 2021. Commissioner Kevin Warren called the new pact “a basic component” of that strategy in a statement. The Big Ten’s SVP and CIO, Nate Schnader, will speak at SportTechie’s State Of The Industry conference in New York City on April 12-13.
