Legends, a global sports and entertainment advising firm, has acquired 4Front, a data analytics and digital media firm. Legends’ Global Technology Solutions segment will now be led by 4Front co-founders Josh Kritzler and Dan Migala, who will serve as co-president and COO, respectively.
4Front has an extensive list of sports-related clients, including Chelsea FC, the Chicago Bears, the New York Mets, the Oklahoma City Thunder, and the NCAA. Legends has given technical support for major sporting venues such as SoFi Stadium, Yankee Stadium, and AT&T Stadium. Venue management, ticket sales, and fan experiences are all covered by the company’s products.
Legends partnered with the Professional Fighters League last year and received an equity stake in the league. Legends will oversee sponsorship, ticketing sales and venue operations for the league, as well as help develop a training venue.
